Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain attached to the garments.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop off your package at the nearest authorized courier location.
Quality Inspection and Refund
Once our atelier receives and inspects your return for quality compliance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
